No refunds once you have access. Everything ScienceShot sells is digital content (data, reports, workbooks and premium pages) that is delivered the moment you buy, so a purchase cannot be returned after the content has been opened, viewed or downloaded. At checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal from that moment.
When we do refund
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
- The product was not delivered, or it does not work and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report.
Subscriptions
You can cancel the Premium plan at any time from the link in your receipt. It stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew; the current period is not refunded.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Write through the link in your receipt or to science.shot.page@gmail.com. Where the law gives you further rights as a consumer, this policy does not take them away. Full terms: Terms of sale.
